While talking to Deadline, Kevin Feige said that of all the characters in the MCU who have yet to get their own film (Hawkeye, Falcon, War Machine, Scarlet Witch, etc) Marvel is “creatively and emotionally” committed to making a Black Widow movie. However, this is not a promise that a Black Widow movie is on it’s way, as Marvel has teased us with a Black Widow movie for at least 2 years.

InHumans_Movie

After the recent announcement that Marvel has pulled the Inhumans from it’s release schedule, Kevin Feige assured everyone that it’s not a question of if Inhumans will get made, but when.

The only situation right now is that [Inhumans] is not gonna be a part of phase three because phase three increased in a very good way since we initially announced. When and where and how it pops up remains to be seen but its characters we love, it’s a storyline we love and we just didn’t want to cram it into an already quite full phase three.

Marvels_Most_Wanted

ABC has decided to pass on Marvel’s Most Wanted, the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. spinoff starring Lance Hunter and Bobbi Morse, aka Mockingbird. The show would have followed the two as former spies and lovers on the run from enemies looking to claim a bounty on their heads. Since the show is no longer in production, it is unclear whether Lance and Bobbi will return to Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

Star Wars: Darth Vader, written by Kieron Gillen and art by Salvador Larroca, will be ending with the 25 issue of the series. The final story arc will have him regain his power and restore his standing with the Emperor, setting him up for The Empire Strikes Back. Here is the solicitation for the final issue:

It has all built up to this! Vader’s trials against Cylo’s creations! His machinations against the Emperor! His covert missions with Doctor Aphra and her murderous droids! All comes to fruition in an oversized 40-page issue by the stellar team of Kieron Gillen and Salvador Larroca! You won’t want to miss this ending!

  1. Agent Carter: Canceled!

Agent_Carter_Canceled

Agent Carter, the little show that could, has unfortunately been canceled by ABC. The show, though having decent ratings during its first season, had very low ratings during its second season. The show’s critical acclaim and dedicated fanbase wasn’t enough to save the show in the end, as the show ended on a cliffhanger that will (probably) never be solved. Haley Atwell will now star in her new ABC show, Conviction, in case you want to see more of her.
